Are you a therapist or psychiatrist who is new to practice or interested in changing locations? Would you like to share a quiet, private, beautiful office suite with me and a small group of other professionals?
-Out of respect for patient privacy needs, I've created a peaceful, well-sound-proofed space with a separate exit. Decorations are inspired by nature and intended to support calm and introspection.
-Each therapy room has its own window and it is possible to have a 6-foot distance between patient and therapist. Also, each therapy room has its own Germ Guardian HEPA Filter with UV-C light sanitizer.
-The office is convenient to I-95 and Southport and is in a private, tree-filled location behind the Goodwill in Westport. The building is well-maintained and the landlord is engaged and responsible.
-Other therapists/psychiatrists sharing the space are friendly, caring, thoughtful, and respectful.
-The offices are approximately 140 square feet; see "Therapy B" and "Therapy C" in the floor plan. The furniture arrangements are not exactly as shown in the floor plan.
Therapy B or Therapy C:
Daily rental: $275 per month for 1 day/wk; $250 for each additional day/wk. Full-time rental: $1050 per month.
